MM BSP crosslam

The cross-laminated panel of Mayr-Melnhof Holz, MM crosslam-BSP, also known as CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), X-lam (cross laminates), is a revolutionary element in environmentally friendly constructions with special features for an architecture Innovative and cutting-edge.

It is a laminated panel with solid wood battens with alternating fiber direction, which gives it absolute rigidity and dimensional stability.

Its automated manufacturing and its CNC machining allow to arrive at work with elements ready to assemble in a dry construction and to insert the carpentry with minimum tolerances, reducing considerably the work times with a material 100% recyclable.

The MM crosslam-BSP wood panel performs a load-bearing function such as wall, forged or covered, thus eliminating the pillars that normally condition the space and simplifying the structural system.

The loads to be supported by foundations are significantly reduced, reflected in costs and work times, as well as the reduction of technical complexity in certain installations.
